Transportation services have been arranged to transfer you from your arrival airport to Silverado Resort in Napa. You will receive an email the day prior to your arrival with transportation details tailored to your flight itinerary.

After deplaning, please proceed to the Baggage Claim area, where your chauffeur will be waiting with signage displaying your name. *If you are on an international flight, you will meet your chauffeur outside Customs.

1st stop is Pine Ridge Winery: Step into the unique caves of Pine Ridge Winery for an elegant Napa Valley tour and tasting experience, where acclaimed wines, dramatic cellar architecture, and timeless hospitality create an unforgettable experience. Be ready with a light sweater as tasting will be located inside the caves.
2nd stop is Backstage Winery: Enjoy a local cuisine lunch and a refined taste of Italy at Backstage Winery, where small-batch wines, warm family hospitality, and Napa Valley charm come together for an intimate and memorable tasting experience.
Arrive back at hotel by 2:15 pm.

Savor the flavors of downtown Napa on a guided walking food tour led by a local culinary expert, featuring tastings at 4–5 favorite restaurants and a delicious taste of the city’s vibrant food scene.

Enjoy a hands-on cheesemaking class led by an expert cheesemaker, where guests will learn the art of crafting fresh cheese in an engaging, interactive, and deliciously memorable experience.
Participants will receive a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, recipe card, and a delicious late night snack of their own creation!
Additional guests are welcome to arrive day of even if the original participation request was not submitted.
Tee times will be within 10 minute intervals starting at 9am. Your tee time will be located on your welcome card when you arrive. Enjoy a relaxing morning on an official PGA course, playing scenic fairways, and friendly competition with prizes for closest to the pin and longest drive.
Spa appointments booked throughout the day for massages and facials. Your previously scheduled appointment will be located on your welcome card when you arrive. Unwind at The Spa at Silverado with indulgent massages and customized facials designed to leave guests feeling refreshed, restored, and fully immersed in Napa Valley tranquility.
From vineyard tours to evening dinners, we recommend business / resort casual attire throughout your stay in Napa Valley. Comfortable shoes are encouraged for walking during the Napa Food Tour and navigating vineyard terrain. Daytime activities are best suited for relaxed resort casual wear, while evening events call for a more polished resort or cocktail-casual look. We also recommend bringing layers, as Napa evenings can become cool after sunset.
